We only cover work fitted by us; we will not be held responsible for any other plumbing work or the damage it may have caused (past or present)

Please note; all boiler, hot water cylinders and other units that come with a manufacturer's warranty, are covered by the manufacturer - not the installer - we only cover the pipework connected to the units.

Our normal business hours are 08:00-17:00 these are our trading hours excluding bank holidays.

If damage to any plaster, brickwork etc.. is caused it will be the customers responsibility to make good. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage to wallpaper, paintwork, tiles, carpet, furniture etc. Any silicone work does not carry any guarantee.

Every effort will be made to ensure members are clean, polite and trained for the required work.

Our aim is to ensure the work is carried out to a minimum disruption to the customer. We will take appropriate actions to carry out the work as quickly as possible within the constraints that the items are working and in a safe condition.

Sometimes however good we feel we are, it is possible that we cannot return the facilities to a good working order. Should this be the case we will inform the customer as soon as all efforts have been made. The customer should make sure after the work that the requirements have been satisfied. It is much easier when on site to discuss with the customer about any problems that may arise. The customer will be requested to sign the invoice once the work has been completed. The customers' signature verifies that they are satisfied with: the work and the charges for both labour and materials.
